Do You Have A Refund Policy?
Yes. If For Any Reason PlaySSK Kickball League cancels a kickball League, We will guarantee 100% Refund Of Your Payment!
“Cancel a kickball league” is defined as #PlaySSK not offering nor producing a kickball league/season for which you registered for.
Circumstances provided, we will offer players a credit for a subsequent season.
Be aware: a consolidation of parks nor a delayed start date due to weather, natural disasters, park closures. Does Not constitute a cancelation of a season.
ALL Payments made to us to join our leagues and/or participate in PlaySSK Related Activities are Regarded as DEPOSITS and are NON REFUNDABLE!!
We Do Not Offer Refunds If:
Your personal circumstances change. Please consider the following possibilities before you register as they do not entitle you to a refund: Job Transfer, Schedule change, Moving, Injury, Divorce, Babysitter got a better offer, Not having fun, Physical Injury, etc. etc. etc.
Free Agents and No Shows:
If you’re a free agent and you DO NOT show up for scheduled or re scheduled draft events, you will be regarded as a NO SHOW and will NOT be guaranteed placement on a team and will forfeit your deposit.
Due to various considerations, PlaySSK does not allow you to substitute a player in your place. If a parent/player has a concern, it is their responsibility to notify us via email, call or in person.
